Concrete Coatings and Epoxy Floors · Ridgeland, SC
Older slabs are where coatings most often fail, because many were poured without a vapor barrier underneath, and ground moisture pushes up through the concrete. That describes a lot of carport and garage floors from the town's mid-century building years. Ask for a moisture test before any product is chosen. Several companies listed here also do commercial flooring, which suits the shops and offices in a county seat.
