Concrete and Masonry · Bluffton, SC
Extending a patio or widening a driveway is much of the concrete work in newer neighborhoods, and the new pour has to meet a slab that has cured and settled for years. Color and texture rarely match exactly. HOAs usually review driveway changes before work starts. Ask how the joint between old and new will be tied in, and where the extra runoff will go.
