Cabinets and Countertops · Port Royal, SC
Swollen sink bases and peeling door fronts are often the first signs a builder-grade kitchen is finished, and many Port Royal homes are reaching that age. Owners of rentals tend to want durable countertops that are easy to match later, while owner-occupants more often take on the full remodel. Ask whether the price covers tearing out and hauling off the old cabinets.

Katy and Dan Perrin started Perrin Woodworking in 1999, by its own account, and run it as a husband-and-wife shop on Paris Avenue in Port Royal. The work runs from cabinetry and bathroom vanities to custom furniture, heirloom pieces and restaurant tables, with commercial interiors on the list alongside residential jobs.
Closets, pantries, built-ins and cabinets come from the same shop that wires the house at SC Residential Specialties, a Port Royal-based residential electrician that claims 19 years of experience. On the electrical side it handles new construction for builders, remodels, service calls, generator installs and small jobs like a single ceiling fan.
